Message: That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of..... I am a plus size woman and I've been in the Emerald Forest Clothing store more times than I can count. I've always found the owner very pleasant and helpful. The lady was probably trying to save you guys some time and to warn your mom about the steps. Did you stop to think that if she fell, she could sue the owner? I bought a top in there that was a 1X and I wish she'd told me that they were California cut. (smile) But I digress...... sounds like you guys are just trying to pick a fight from a lady that was trying to be helpful. Think about it... what would she possibly have to gain by fat shaming customers, especially when she is the owner. The best thing you can do.. if you think you were truly "wronged" is to do yourself, Mama, Daddy and the owner a favor and stay out of her store.

Message: Last week while vacationing in Eureka Springs, AR with my BFF from Colorado, we went shopping at the clothing boutique Emerald Forest. What a fun time we had plus they have a fabulous selection of clothing. Both the owner and the sales woman named Dee Dee were ever so friendly & helpful and added to a marvelous shopping experience. Both me and my friend look forward to wearing all our fashion finds from this shop. Emerald Forest is a shopping must if you're ever in Eureka Springs!
