Aloha Pools & Spas - Jonesboro

Message: We’ve been very pleased with Aloha since installing our above ground pool. Jake and Daniel were very helpful. Jake has especially been patient and helpful to be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and do whatever it took to be sure we got what we needed to maintain our pool. His honesty and dedication to helping us as first-time pool owners means so much!

Message: 4/20: I asked to be notified when tech was coming to the house. I wanted to be there to help / make sure cover was removed a certain way. The tech came and left sending a text it was complete. When I arrived home, the bottom of the pool was full of debris that could have been avoided if they would have contacted me as requested. Now I have hours of work vacuuming, gallons of water waisted and chemicals to be purchased for retreating the water to get the pool clean and ready.. It was worth the fee to have this done.. 4/21: Customer service called me to find a way to correct this issue. I was promised a credit for the opening fee and a free service call this summer. I still have to clean the pool and retreat. But, they are working with me. Waiting on an email for the credit.

Message: Jake and Daniel did a great job opening up my pool and getting it ready for our family this spring and summer. Jake has taken care of our pool for a few years now and has always done a good trustworthy job!

Message: Jeff Jones sold us the pool of our dreams. Jeff really knows is stuff about pools helped us get all the features we wanted to get out of our pool. Jeff was super friendly and always answer the phone or return my calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jeff Jones at aloha pools.

Message: So I would like to share this with the public. Today I found that I had a bad leak on my pool and so I called the Jonesboro store and first talked to Kennedy which promptly got me to Joshua, which was very helpful! Joshua called me back immediately, was very helpful and guiding me in the direction that I needed to go to fix this problem. About an hour later, I’ll talk to Britney customer service, which I got to say was very helpful as well last but not least the service tech. Jake was very helpful and very quick! I highly recommend Aloha pools and spas of Jonesboro! I’m telling you these people are very professional and they care about their customers!

Message: Joshua helped us pick out our perfect spa. He helped deliver & set up our spa. He’s always a text or phone call away if we have a question…. even if he’s not working! Becky is the chemical queen & knows her stuff about water treatment! If you ever have funky water, go see Becky!

Message: Josh is the best salesman I have ever done business with. very outstanding excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and most personable and caring. I wish more people could go the extra 10 miles like he did. Aloha pools (Josh) you definitely have my recommendation, thank you very much I appreciate your dedication and love my pool.

Message: We had the best experience buying our Bullfrog spa here. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us arrive at the right purchase for us. He helped educate us during the sales process, presented a variety of good options, and was genuinely patient for this very particular customer. I sincerely appreciate that level of service.. The best realtor I have ever had was a former builder. I feel like I had the equivalent of that today with Josh ( a former service/installation technician) as my salesperson. Thanks so much!
